Formosa Packaging Announces Acquisition of RBD Packaging in Anaheim, CA

Irvine, California, Aug 30, 2023 - Formosa Packaging, the leading global packaging solutions brand, announces the acquisition of RBD Packaging. RBD Packaging–formerly known as R.B. Dwyer– is a shrink sleeve and custom preform band manufacturer located in Anaheim, California.
